For example: If you have some things to do outside your house, do those in a single trip. Like groceries  4. Learn to say No This is hard, but there are ways to say No by being graceful.  Focus on your more prioritized commitments and goals. 5. Use deadlines Use the pressure created by deadlines to your advantage. Assign due dates and start to archive them with passion. This will well manage your time automatically.
